1. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe, a third-party payment processor. You will be redirected to Stripe's hosted checkout page to complete your purchase. By completing payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We do not store or have access to your full payment information at any time.

2. Booking Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email with event details. Please retain this email for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, contact us at info@forageandcoevents.com.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refund Policy: All bookings are non-refundable.

  Please check the specific refund policy listed on each event page.

• Event Cancellations: If we must cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future event.
• Force Majeure: We are not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies.

4. Participant Responsibility

By attending any of our events, you acknowledge and agree to participate voluntarily. You are responsible for your own well-being and behaviour during the event. We reserve the right to remove any participant who poses a risk to others or disrupts the experience without issuing a refund.

5. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or accessibility requirements prior to the event. Participation in certain activities (e.g. physical movement, nature hikes, wellness practices) is at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the workshop or retreat — including but not limited to presentations, worksheets, and media — are the intellectual property of Forage & Co. Events. These materials may not be copied, shared, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Media Consent

By attending our events, you grant us permission to use any photographs or video taken during the event that may include your likeness, for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in writing before the event.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will only be used to manage your event participation and will never be sold or shared without your consent.
